This book quickly slaps you with the truth. Looks can be misleading! In Cape Ivy, some folks here are keeping big secrets and others are facing scary consequences because of what’s hidden.

What’s interesting to me is that Margot Mays isn’t the only one in Cape Ivy who has a lot of secrets and hidden past. It seems like EVERYONE in this town is hiding something. As a killer gets closer, it’s hard to know who to trust. You’ll wonder if the people of Cape Ivy can ever feel safe at home. I mean… just imagine your own house (a place where you should feel safe) suddenly making you scared. This book makes you feel that way… and it’s really creepy.
Huge props to the author, Nicole Annbury! She does such an amazing job of making me feel all of this FEAR and CONFUSION right along with the characters. I read it straight through the night! 😄. The way she builds the suspense is just chef’s kiss. It’s really something else!
Highly Recommended! If you’re a fan of a really good psychological thriller mixed with a twisted murder mystery, then this book is an absolute must-read!
