My name is Sunyoung/Sun-young. You can find me on social media as Sun Young Peony. I'm definitely more of an amateur than a pro when it comes to writing fanfiction. It's just a fun hobby of mine!

I've always been a huge fan of anime and shipping characters ever since I was a kid. My first ship was Ranma and Akane from Ranma 1/2.

Publishing my fanfiction online was a big step for me, and it all began with the courage I found in myself. Fifty Shades of Grey encouraged me to write more intense passionate romance and include deep emotions in my stories.

E.L. James has become one of my favorite authors for the way she portrays romance and intimacy. She has really influenced my own writing.

I connect with my favorite characters through writing, and it also benefits my mental health. Shipping characters has been both comforting and creative for me. It honestly gives me a meaningful way to express my thoughts and emotions. I’m grateful for the journey and excited to share my fanfiction with you.

When I was younger, I loved going to anime cosplay events to connect with other fans. I never cosplayed characters I liked because I knew how expensive the costumes and cosmetics could be. Plus, my hectic work schedule also made it impossible for me to attend events consistently.
I'm probably too old for it now, but if I ever got the chance to cosplay, I'd totally want to do these characters:

 

 

I'm currently working in business management. If I weren't in this field, I would want to pursue the following: 

1.  Therapist and Life Coach for high-profile clients. Especially celebrities who have experienced serious mental health issues due to cyberbullying, leading them to engage in suicidal behaviors.
2. Motivational public speaker. Like Mel Robbins ,  Najwa Zebian and Dan Koe
